In Search for Leopards: On Safari in Sri Lanka

David’s Been Here heads into Yala National Park, the second largest and most popular reserve in Sri Lanka. David embarks on both afternoon and early morning safaris in attempt to see everything the park has to offer. Between these two tours, you will come across various reptiles, elephants, birds, monkeys and boar all existing in their natural habitat. Also home to the largest amount of leopards in the world, there’s a good chance of spotting one of these majestic creatures when inside the reserve. Whether it was the time of year or just the wrong day, David didn’t see any leopards, but try for yourself when you visit this beautiful Sri Lankan national park. For everything you need to know on visiting Yala, check out the DBH Guide: Yala National Park, also available for your Kindle.
