David’s Been Here continues his tour through Kandy’s most important Buddhist Temple, displaying parts of the temple destroyed during the 1998 bombings as well as the newly built shrine room. Experience the intensity of the worship room where the casket of the tooth is located, as David sweats his way through the crammed holy quarters. From there David displays another shrine holding a Thai Buddhist statue, as well as beautiful paintings depicting the life and enlightenment of the Buddha Gautama.
