David’s Been Here bring you all the major sights around Dublin city. Here David visits one of the more recent constructions, the Dublin Spire. Standing at 120 meters tall, this giant ‘Monument of Light’ located in the center of O’Connell Street is the tallest structure in the city center. Built to commemorate the millennium, this giant needle-like monument comes to life at night when it provides a beacon of light over the city’s skyline. If you’re visiting the capital of Ireland, you certainly won’t be able to miss this giant structure. For more information on visiting Dublin, check out the DBH Guide to Ireland coming soon.
