David’s Been Here is traveling Spain’s Costa Brava region in search of the area’s top attractions and best day trips. In this short video, David and crew head for the medieval town of Peratallada. Meaning “carved stone”, this Spanish coastal destination is comprised of beautiful stone buildings, picturesque passageways and some excellent restaurants. The first documentation of this historic town dates back to 1065, though evidence of both Roman and Visigoth settlers suggest that the town dates back even further. If you’re looking for a great spot to explore, have lunch (try Restaurant Can Nau) or take some amazing pictures, this medieval destination is a perfect place to stop.
