If you are looking for the best healthy food in Miami, than head to the Health District and visit the Jackson Hall, this is the nations first wellness-focused food hall.
Jackson Hall has 6 different concepts from veggie bowls to Mediterranean food. This area is easily accessible by metro rail, the metro stop is called Civic Center and from their its a 3 minute walk.
Trina from the media team took me around to try a dish from all six of their concepts.
-Della Bowls, the plant-based-bowl concept that Della Heiman founded and debuted at the Wynwood Yard.
-Charcoal offers rotisserie meats cooked on a Josper grill. Sides include roasted potatoes and vegetables. -Leo & Bloom Delicatessen serves sandwiches, soups, and salads.
-Little Island Poke serves salmon, spicy tuna, and vegan poke bowls.
-Levante offers tangy Mediterranean kebabs, hummus, and tahini.
-The Radiate Apothecary + Bar is the hall’s focal point, serving beer, wine, kombucha, and spirits curated by Susan Duprey, a certified nutritionist, former bartender, and founder of Radiate Miami.
