Touring the Historic Side of Vitoria: Plaza de la Virgen Blanca

David’s Been Here is in Spain’s Basque Country, touring all the top sites of the beautiful city of Vitoria-Gasteiz. Here David presents a short video to Vitoria’s 17th century Plaza de la Virgen Blanca. Also known as the Plaza Vieja, this beautiful square is part of what was known as the ‘Poor Quarters’ of the city, and had markets held here for centuries. With beautiful fountains, monuments and colorful buildings lining the square, Plaza de la Virgen Blanca is a great stop on all tours through Vitoria. Production by Carlos de Varona from Chromahouse.
