David, my husband and I were on Rhodes years ago(ab 20) and the most wonderful meal in town. The chef was Greek and had an English girlfriend. He had a dish ( tiropita with a mushroom sauce, topped with pistachio nuts.) It was truly the best Greek food with a (French?) twist that we have ever eaten. Have you had this dish at any restaurant? Would love to go back with my husband. Thanks, Cynthia
