David, my husband and I were on Rhodes years ago(ab 20) and the most wonderful meal in town. The chef was Greek and had an English girlfriend. He had a dish ( tiropita with a mushroom sauce, topped with pistachio nuts.) It was truly the best Greek food with a (French?) twist that we have ever eaten. Have you had this dish at any restaurant? Would love to go back with my husband. Thanks, Cynthia
Hi Cynthia, thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment! I haven’t tried that dish but it sounds amazing 🙂
