In this episodes we are visiting two of the best restaurants in Novi Sad. The first restaurant we visit is Project 72 Wine and Deli. All the dishes are made to share and are accompanied by wine. The owner Sergin explains that they cook traditional food with good quality ingredients. Each dish is very creative.
The first dish was beef tongue, it was marinated for 28 days and cooked for 28 hours. The second dish was an organic Spanish soup. Next up was foi gras, it was marinated with milk and cognac. Fourth up is beef sausages, with oranges and organic potatoes. Next up is ravioli stuffed with rabbit and ox tail. Last but not least is a gourmet version of Cevapcici, with venison meat and beef meat.
Now we head to Fish and Zeleni, which means fish and greens. This is the best seafood restaurant in Novi Sad. The concept is Mediterranean fusion cuisine. They serve calamari, with basil pesto with crispy potatoes, organic salad with shrimp, mixed shrimp skewered with salmon, seabass, calamari and shrimp and dessert. All food is prepared with extra virgin olive oil and extremely fresh.
