Sanibel Island Road Trip – My First Travel Vlog

After 10 years of producing travel videos, I finally made my first vlog. I’ve focused mostly on short-form, host-style travel episodes until now. That said, I’ve been getting the itch to change things up a bit and show you more of my life and personality, especially when I travel! For this video, I gathered my entire family and took a trip to Sanibel Island on the west coast of Florida to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday.

In this video, you’ll get to meet my daughter Melina, as well as many other members of my family. Going to Sanibel Island is a tradition we try to do every single summer. I’m excited to document our experience and try my hand at vlogging. The vlog-style format has become very popular over the last few years, so I hope you enjoy this video!

I wanted to create a more relaxed and personal kind of travel video to get to document a fun family vacation. This is the first video showcasing my evolution as a content creator, so I hope you enjoy the new direction. I’m hoping to continue vlogging the behind-the-scenes journey, as well as my travels from now on!

Eating oysters on the way to Sanibel Island, Florida

From our stop to eat some incredible raw oysters as a family, to our arrival in Sanibel Island, I document it all. Those oysters were sensational, by the way! I’m a massive foodie, so I’ll be incorporating lots of food in future vlogs. I hope to show you some of the most unique and delicious dishes from around the world, while also incorporating my other passions, like culture and history. It’s going to be a fun ride and I’m excited to bring you along for the journey!
