Hey guys! So, today I wanted to share another luxury home in Miami with you guys. It’s been a while since my last one, and I couldn’t wait to team up with my dad Tomas to show you one of his listings! Come along with us to the Ponce Davis neighborhood, where we take you on a $5.6 million Miami mansion house tour. Let’s check out this incredible luxury mansion!
The property is 11,000 square feet and contains 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The home is unique because it has a private driveway. The garage is in the back, but there are three parking spaces out front and beautiful steps that lead up to a 400-pound door!
Inside is a living room on the left, dining room on the right, and a beautiful office just off of it. The office has lots of window space to let in tons of natural light. From the office, you can see the driveway. The living room has 270-degree light and has a view of the garden. There’s also a fireplace. Outside is a 70-foot pool with a waterfall and jacuzzi!
The dining room seats 10 to 12 people. The house has an open floor plan. The first bathroom, the powder room that counts as the half-bathroom, is just pat the dining room. There’s marble on the walls and the amazing doors are Russian-made.
Our Miami mansion house tour continued in the huge kitchen, which has double sub-zero refrigerators, lots of marble countertops and storage space. There’s a plate warmer, a gas range, and a large pantry that’s hidden in the wall. Like the office, the large wall of windows let in tons of natural light, so you don’t even have to turn on the lights inside! The island in the middle of the kitchen can seat up to nine people. The kitchen also boasts side-by-side wine coolers.
Past the kitchen is a family room, which has a wall of windows that look out at the pool and patio outside. The family room is connected to the kitchen and is one continuous space!
The doors leading to the pool collapse and are super unique. It creates one large space! There’s a grill outside. The house has a sound system and a lead electrical system that you can control on an app on your phone from anywhere in the world!
The pool has a kiddie area and a small, shallow beach area. The heated jacuzzi has a waterfall, and the entire pool area is salt water instead of chlorine. There’s also a bar area with a sink, a table, and seating.
Back inside, there’s a 4-person elevator and a multi-purpose room that could be a gym, an office, a bar, a man cave, or more. It has its own bathroom and 12-foot ceilings. The doors and windows are hurricane-ready and can withstand 160 mph winds. There’s also a nice closet!
Next, on our Miami mansion house tour, we take you to a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and the sound equipment and automation. Then, we visited the maid’s quarters, and past that is the three-car garage. The nearest neighbor is 50-70 yards away, so it feels very private.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads upstairs. There are lights under the banisters and huge windows that let in tons of light. There’s lots of closet space and a second family room. Three nearly identical rooms branch off of it. They’re all connected by a large, outdoor terrace. The closets in the house are all finished!
The master bedroom is very warm and not too massive. There’s a double vanity in the bathroom, which feels like it belongs in a boutique hotel! The walk-in closet is tons of space and a spot where you can lay out your clothes!
The last stop on our Miami mansion house tour is the sundeck, which you can access from any room. It’s all connected to the rest of the house and is 1,700 square feet! From there, you can see the whole house!
I hope you enjoyed this $5.6 million Miami mansion house tour! If you did, please give it a thumbs up, leave a comment, and subscribe so you don’t miss any of my upcoming travel/food adventures!
