Trekking the Ntchisi Rainforest, Malawi

David’s Been Here presents a video to the village of Ntchisi in Malawi, Africa. After a breakfast at the Ntchisi Forest Lodge, David and his guide take off for a day of exploring the Ntchisi area. First, David visits the local primary school, with a class of 472 students studying everything from math and science to bible and life skills. After exchanging smiles and chatter, the crew heads off to the rainforest for the second tour of the day. A grueling hike through the lush, damp forest brings a tired David 1750 meters above sea level to rocky cliffs and misty views. An unforgettable hike through Ntchis’s dense jungle, David recommends being in peak physical condition before embarking on this long journey.
